Renting the Slate

In less than 24 hours all my things will be packed up and I'll say goodbye to my current home. After putting it on the sale market for a while I've decided to try a different tack: renting. I'm asking $1200 per month for my place (1,200 square feet, washer and dryer in the unit, no shared walls at all) plus utilities.
