Selling the Slate

It's been just under one year since I became a homeowner, and now I'm in talks with the same Realtor who sold me my home. The house is now the same as it was when I got it, with a new front door and no problems with any of the systems in it.

Neighborhood Realty Services (page contains sound) is taking care of everything and man are they fast. I called my agent on Thursday, met in person on Sunday night, listed the property Monday, and she showed it to the first round of prospective buyers on Tuesday morning. I'm going to Israel for a week this Saturday; the first open house for my home is on Sunday.

Such exciting times these are!
